CODE OF CONDUCT

The Satoshi Roundtable is a retreat, not your typical conference. As such, we ask you to observe the Code of Conduct 24/7. Please be mindful that any evening disruptions may affect your co-workers, friends, and peers.

Be considerate, respectful, and collaborative. Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior and speech. Be mindful of your surroundings, and your fellow participants. Alert security if you notice a dangerous situation, or someone in distress. Enjoy yourself, but participate in an active and authentic way.

NON-DISCRIMINATION AND ANTI-HARRASSMENT POLICY

We are committed to providing a conference experience where everyone is treated with respect, free from discrimination or harassment based on race, color, gender, ethnicity, ancestry, national or cultural origin, religion, creed, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, pregnancy, age, disability, physical appearance, body size, genetic information, veteran or military status, marital status, citizenship status or socio-economic status, or on any other legally prohibited basis.

Discrimination or harassment of conference participants will not be tolerated in any form. Conference participants violating this rule may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the conference organizers.

Harassment includes, but is not limited to: offensive verbal comments, sexual images visible in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording; sustained disruption of talks or other events; inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If any attendee has a personal issue with another attendee, they can request a full refund and leave the event or they can detail the specific reasons in writing and, based on our sole discretion, we would give the other attendee the opportunity to review and respond to the concerns. We will typically not take action against or ban an attendee based on third party or anonymous claims, events or business deals outside the scope of our event or without giving them a fair opportunity to respond. We have full final discretion on what if any action will be taken in response to any complaint and as to whom we will invite to the event. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the event.
